How do I set up email forwarding?

In your email client (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), create a filter or rule to forward specific emails to your unique Mail2Row address. We'll provide step-by-step instructions for popular email providers during setup.

What if my email format changes?

Just forward one example of the new format and retrain your parser. It takes about 2 minutes and doesn't affect your existing data. The system adapts automatically to format changes.

Is my email data secure?

Yes. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest, follow GDPR guidelines, and only process the specific data you tell us to extract. We never read or store email content beyond what's needed for parsing.

Can I connect multiple Google Sheets?

Absolutely. You can create different parsers for different email types and send them to separate Google Sheets. There's no limit on the number of sheets you can connect.

What happens if I go over my email limit?

We'll email you when you're approaching your limit. If you exceed it, we'll pause processing until the next billing cycle or you can upgrade your plan. No emails are lost - they're queued for processing.

Do you offer refunds?
