What mail2row does
mail2row is an email parsing service that extracts data from your emails and sends it to Google Sheets. You forward emails to us, we parse them according to your specifications, and deliver clean data to your spreadsheets.
Your responsibilities
- Only forward emails you have permission to process
- Don't send us sensitive personal data like SSNs or credit card numbers
- Keep your account secure and don't share login credentials
- Use the service for legitimate business purposes only
- Stay within your plan's email processing limits
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee the service will always be available. We'll notify you of planned maintenance when possible.
We're not responsible for issues with Google Sheets, email delivery problems, or other third-party services we integrate with.
Billing and cancellation
- Plans are billed monthly in advance
- 14-day free trial, no credit card required
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- No refunds for partial months, but you keep access until the end of your billing period
- We'll email you before charging your card
Limitations
Mail2Row is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for:
- Data loss or parsing errors
- Business decisions made based on parsed data
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Issues with third-party integrations
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll email you about significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.
